Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 & 3 to protect the lives and liberty of the petitioners and their family members at the hands of respondents No.5 to 9 and also to transfer the investigation to some independent agency in case FIR No. 335 dated 27.11.2018, registered under Sections 341, 323 & 34 IPC at Police Station Dera Bassi, District S.A.S. Nagar. Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that for the redressal of their grievance, petitioners have filed representation dated 20.12.2018 (Annexure P4) to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali, but still no action has been taken thereon. Notice of motion.
