(ORAL) Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.0871 dated 13.10.2023 registered under Section 379 IPC (Sections 420, 120-B IPC was added later on and Section 379 of IPC was deleted) at P.S. Sector 58, Faridabad, District Faridabad. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Investigating Officer submits that in compliance of order dated 12.01.2024, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 12.01.2024 passed by this Court is made absolute, however, the petitioner shall keep on appearing before the Investigating Agency as and when required and shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) CrPC.
