The grievance of the petitioner is that he should be given an opportunity to file reply to an application filed by the plaintiff to strike off the defence. The Court has declined the opportunity. 2.

The impugned order is set aside dispensing with notice to the respondents and the petitioner's objection is directed to be taken on the file and the application shall be disposed of after hearing the objection taken by the defendant-petitioner. The revision pettion is allowed on the above terms.
