RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to official respondents to act upon application dated 25.12.2022 for registration of an FIR moved by the petitioner to respondent No.4 and decide representation, dated 28.12.2022, Annexure P-7, moved by him to respondent No.3 regarding murder of his wife under suspicious circumstances.

It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representation, dated 28.12.2022, Annexure P-7, is decided in a time-bound manner. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. P.S.Grewal, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State.
