The revision petition is against the order allowing an application to set aside the ex parte order filed under Order 9 Rule 7. The courts will be liberal in construing an application under Order 9 Rule 7 and will find no reason to disallow such an application so long as no grave prejudice could be said to be caused.

I find no cause for an interference in a revision petition. The revision petition is dismissed.
