(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner-Gurtej Singh, in FIR No. 102 dated 19.05.2018 under Sections 34, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 of IPC, registered at Police Station Kalan Wali, District Sirsa. Compromise has arrived at between the parties and total amount along with interest has been paid by co-accused of the petitioner namely Balwinder Singh to respondent No.2/complainant. Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 22.02.2019, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
