***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Affidavit of Sulochana Gajraj, IPS, Superintendent of Police, Palwal, has been filed in court today. Same is taken on record. Learned State counsel has referred to order, Annexure R-1, annexed thereto. He submits that no cause of action survives as Superintendent of Police, Palwal, has complied with order passed by this court on December 19, 2016. No further direction is necessary.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain threats have been meted out to him.

Learned State counsel submits that in case petitioner makes any representation regarding the same, it shall be looked into by the concerned Superintendent of Police.
