M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) This is a petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Moga, to decide the civil suit filed in the year 2012 by the plaintiff-petitioner against his other family members seeking the right of inheritance after seeking declaration that his father would be deemed to have been died having been unheard for the last 13 years.

This petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner moves an application before the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the trial, the same will be considered by the trial Court and earnest effort will be made to decide the case expeditiously.
