The present contempt petition has been filed for violation of order dated 24.05.2017 passed by this Court in CRR-718-2012, whereby respondent was restrained to alienate the movable and immovable properties.

A perusal of the file shows that Criminal Revision i.e. CRR718-2012 filed by the petitioner was for enhancement of maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C, which was allowed on 13.06.2019 and the amount of maintenance to the petitioner was enhanced. COCP-819-2018 (O&M) -2presence of the respondent, was that the enhancement of maintenance was yet to be decided and for which the respondent was restrained to alienate the movable and immovable properties. Since CRR-718-2012 has already been allowed on 13.06.2019, therefore, at this stage, no contempt is made out. 3.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition is dismissed. 4.
