**** Manjari Nehru Kaul, J.(Oral) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.PC for issuance of directions to the official respondents for conclusion of the inquiry expeditiously with respect to the complaints dated 28.12.2022 and 06.01.2023 (Annexures P-2 and P-3 respectively), which have been given to respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite complaints dated 28.12.2022 and 06.01.2023 (Annexures P-2 and P-3 respectively) having been moved by the petitioner before respondent No.2, private respondents have been roaming around freely. Learned counsel further submits that soon after the occurrence, the petitioner-complainant, who is 82 years old, was taken on to the hospital where her medico-legal examination was carried out.
