Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the award, Annexure P3. Vide order dated 26.05.1987, this petition was ordered to be listed after the decision of CWP No.5239 of 1985. CWP No.5239 of 1985 was disposed of along with other connected petitions vide order dated 04.06.1993. A perusal of the order dated 04.06.1993 passed in the main petition i.e. CWP No.759 of 1985 reveals that all the writ petitions filed by Haryana Urban Development Authority were dismissed.
