**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of BNSS for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.127 dated 22.06.2022 under Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act, (Section 201 IPC was added later on by police in the final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C.) registered at Police Station Bahuakbarpur, District Rohtak.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case Allowed as prayed for.
