The petitioner has a grievance that if one more opportunity had been given, he would have paid the court fee as directed to be paid by the Court. The plaint has been rejected for non-compliance but he should be granted an opportunity to make good the deficiency. 2.

I dispense with notice to the respondents having regard to the limited nature of intervention sought and allow for two weeks time from today and not from the date of receipt of copy of the order to pay the deficient court fee. If the deficient court fee is paid, the order passed already rejecting the plaint is directed to be recalled, the suit to be restored and taken up for disposal in accordance with law. 3.

The revision petition is disposed of with the above observations.
