***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel has filed short reply by way of Dr. Garima Mittal, Director, Elementary Education, Haryana, Panchkula. Same is taken on record. He has referred to Para 03 thereof. Same reads as under:- "That in compliance of decision dated 10.11.2016 passed by this Hon'ble High Court, revised PPO/GPO has been issued to the petitioner by granting benefits of 33 years maximum as per rule 5(3) of (Pension and Contributory Provident Fund) Rule 2001, earlier as per old PPO/GPO benefits of qualifying service was given of as 27 years 11 months to the petitioner. Now, it is increased as qualifying service from 27 years 11 months to 33 years (maximum) by adding qualifying service 5 years and 1month. Copies of PPO/GPO are annexed as Annexure R-1 and R-2."

In view of the above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
