Present:
Mr. Aseem Kataria, Advocate for the petitioner.
CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K. KANNAN 1.
Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?
2.
To be referred to the Reporters or not ?
3.
Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.
The petitioner's grievance is that for recovery of `32,260/- with interest he is putting one acre of land for auction. According to him, the property will be worth `30 lacs and the sale warrant does not describe the judgment debtor's valuation. I direct the Court to specify in the sale warrant the valuation given by the judgment debtor at `30 lacs and proceed with further process in execution. If the property is also capable of being drawn into lots and a lot will answer the claim of the decree holder, the same be considered before the property is put to auction.
2.
I dispense with notice to the respondents and dispose of the revision petition with the above direction.
