M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) An application for review of the award dated 27.11.2008 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sri Muktsar Sahib, has been dismissed.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that driver petitioner No.1 holds a valid driving licence but in the award a finding has been wrongly given that the driving licence of petitioner No.1 which is EX.P3 on the record was not a valid one. I have heard the counsel for the petitioners and I am of the opinion that the review application seeking setting aside of a finding given by the the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sri Muktsar Sahib, is not maintainable. Without prejudice to the rights of the plaintiffs-petitioners to file appeal against the award, this revision petition is dismissed.
