(Oral) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for setting aside the impugned order dated 27.02.2020 (Annexure P-2) passed by respondent No. 3, vide which petitioner has been suspended from the post of .Sarpanch as well as impugned order dated 04.01.2021 (Annexure P-3), whereby appeal filed by the petitioner has been dismissed by respondent No. 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present petition has been rendered infructuous because petitioner's tenure for the post of Sarpanch has already been completed. Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
