The revision petition is against the order dismissing the application for stay of proceedings. The apprehension expressed was that some of the relatives stated that the party has approached the Presiding Officer and wanted the case to be transferred. I disapprove for such ground to be taken before the Court below and if the Court below has declined to transfer, I affirm the same.
