Learned counsel appearing for respondents no. 3 & 4 seeks to place on record a communication dated 11.05.2018. Same is taken on record. According to him, it has been decided that construction of water works in the village shall be restricted to one acre area only in view of the site plan(s) which have been annexed to the communication. In view of above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is hereby disposed of .

State shall be at liberty to examine the communication placed on record and take follow up action.
