Miss Suman .............Respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.Sherry K Singla,Advocate for the petitioner Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Petitioner has been found guilty for disobedience of an injunction order dated 11.2.2010 and accordingly sentenced to undergo two months' civil imprisonment vide order dated 23.9.2014 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Yamuna Nagar in the application under Order 39 Rule 2-A CPC filed by the respondent/plaintiff. Petitioner has filed an appeal against the same alongwith an application for condonation of ten days' delay and stay of operation of the impugned order which stand adjourned by the lower Appellate Court to 19.3.2015 after reply to both the applications has been filed by the other party.

Prayer in the present revision is for directing the lower Appellate Court to hear and decide the aforesaid two applications at the earliest by preponing the date in view of the trial Court having issued notice to undergo the civil imprisonment.

CR 13 of 2015 Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this revision petition is disposed of with the direction to the lower Appellate Court to prepone the date of hearing keeping in view the plight of the present petitioner and decide the pending applications at the earliest.
