Learned counsel for the petitioner states that since all the prosecution witnesses have been examined by the prosecution in the trial Court and now the case is fixed for 7.10.2021 for defence evidence, in that way the trial is likely to be concluded in near future, as such he does not want to proceed with the present petition and he be permitted to withdraw the same.
