Learned State counsel has produced additional affidavit of Mr. Ulwinder Singh, Divisional Soil Conservation Officer, Muktsar, same is taken on record. Copy handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner. She submits that interest of 34,576/- has been paid to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that no cause of action survives for pursuing the contempt petition. However, he seeks liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law if aggrieved of calculation of the interest amount.
