On 18.01.2021 the petitioner was directed to be present before this Court through video conferencing. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is unable to contact the petitioner. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jugraj Singh has stated that the statement of the petitioner has since been recorded and she has specifically stated that she does not want to proceed with the present petition and she does not apprehend any danger from her parents. In view of the statement of the petitioner, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
