Services of the petitioner as Conductor with Haryana Roadways were terminated vide order dated 27.3.1978. He filed a suit challenging his termination. The courts below concurrently held his termination order as stigmatic passed without following procedure according to law. Ultimately petitioner was ordered to be reinstated but monetary benefits were restricted to a period of three years prior to the filing of the suit. Aggrieved,he filed RSA No.1812/2013 which was allowed vide order dated 11.10.2017 holding that the entire period treated by the respondents as extraordinary leave be counted for the purpose of grant of terminal benefits.
Now alleging disobedience of said order dated 11.10.2017 instant contempt has been filed.
At the time of hearing,realising that the judgment and decree in question is executable,learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the instant contempt to enable his client to seek Rajinder Parshad Joshi 2018.03.23 16:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
