(Oral) Status report in compliance of the order dated 24.8.2018 by way of affidavit of Vijay Kumar, Assistant Town Planner, Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana dated 3.12.2018 has been filed stating therein that in the past vide policy instructions dated 18.3.1998, the Government has allowed the compounding of shop-cum-flat into shop-cum-office situated in the development schemes of the Improvement Trusts and now compounding is to be considered subject to charging of the prevalent rate of composition fee. Accordingly, needful shall be done after receipt of the government approval, in accordance with law.
