Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?

To be referred to the Reporters or not ?

3.

Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.

The defendant who did not examine himself but brought the witnesses sought the permission of the Court after the side was closed and when it was posted for rebuttal permission to examine the defendant. The Court cited Order 18 Rule 3A CPC and stated that there was simply no explanation by the defendant as to why he did not examine himself 2and how there could be such a breach allowed to be made.

2.

I do not find any error in the order passed by the court below for intervention in the revision petition. The revision petition is dismissed.
