AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner-defendant submits that judgment and decree of the trial Court has been complied with and the revision petition is against the order dated 17.09.2013, whereby, objections have been dismissed.
In view of the aforementioned statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present revision petition is dismissed having been rendered infructuous.
