Paramjit Kaur v. Krishan Kumar And Others
COCP 882/2018
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB & HARYANA
AT CHANDIGARH COCP 882/2018 Date of decision:14.03.2018.
Paramjit Kaur ..............Petitioner v.
Sh.Krishan Kumar and others ..............Respondents Coram:
Hon'ble Mr.Justice Jaswant Singh Present:- Mr.Rajesh K.Dadwal,Advocate for the petitioner Jaswant Singh,J,(Oral).
Petitioner is stated to be working as a part time Sweeper since the year 1997 and claims that her case for regularization was required to be considered in compliance of the order dated 15.3.2004 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in the earlier writ petition filed by the petitioner bearing No.19969/2003. Since no order has been passed, therefore, the instant contempt petition.
It is conceded that the petitioner would not be covered for regularization under the 2003 policy as admittedly the petitioner had not worked for 10 or more years on part time basis. The petitioner would have a cause of action in the light of any subsequent policy. After arguing for sometime and having failed to convince the Court, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
