Learned counsel for the respondent states that in view of the order dated 07.01.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Review Petition (Civil) Nos.88-89 of 2025 in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Nos.28012-28013 of 2018 titled as 'The State of Punjab V/s Guru Gurmit Singh & Ors.', the present contempt petition has since been rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid fact.

Dismissed as having become infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
