VINOD KUMAR 2015.02.06 12:36 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT
CHANDIGARH CR No.133 of 2015 Date of decision:30.01.2015 Ashok Jindal
...Petitioner
Versus
Balwinder Singh
...Respondent
CORAM: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rakesh Kumar Jain
Present:
Mr. Naresh Jain, Advocate, for the petitioner.
***** Rakesh Kumar Jain, J.
This petition is against the order dated 17.10.2014 by which evidence of the plaintiff has been closed.
Although learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that one more opportunity may be given but he could not find fault with the impugned order as the zimni orders dated 12.03.2013, 25.03.2013, 08.04.2013, 23.04.2013, 10.05.2013, 30.07.2013, 12.11.2013, 13.05.2014 and 16.05.2014 show that no effort was made by the plaintiff to examine his witnesses.
Accordingly, I do not find any error in the order of the Court below and hence, the same is hereby dismissed. January 30, 2015 (Rakesh Kumar Jain) vinod* Judge
