The grievance raised in the contempt petition is that application filed by petitioner is not considered. Learned counsel for the respondents has produced public notice and details of application submitted by the petitioner. He submits that the application of the petitioner is pending at Sr. No.402 and same would be considered for draw of lots alongwith other applications received, in pursuance to the scheme starting w.e.f. 17.09.2018.
