As per reply, the order dated 3.8.2017 has been complied with by way of speaking order dated 9.4.2018. In pursuance to the same, arrears of salary have also been deposited, details of which has been placed on record as Annexure R-II. Copy of the same has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the above, the order stands complied with. No useful purpose would be served in proceeding with the contempt petition, the same is accordingly dismissed.
