Grievance of the petitioner is that she has been relieved of her duties vide an administrative order dated 27.10.2020, notwithstanding the fact, that this Court in another petition bearing CWP No. 19035 of 2020 vide its order dated 27.11.2020 has already directed the respondents to permit the petitioners therein to continue on the post till the appointment of regular incumbents is made.Whereas, the petitioner,despite being similarly placed, has not been allowed to continue as English lecturer till regular appointee is available.

Given the nature of order being passed, no further pleadings are required. Without adverting to the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to treat the instant petition as representation and pass appropriate orders keeping in view the order passed by this Court, ibid, contained at Annexure P-27, as expeditiously as possible. Parity be accorded to her, in case, as contended herein that her case is similar to those in CWP No. 19035 of 2020, if not, specific reasons thereof be given.
