Mr. Vishal Nehra, Advocate for the respondent. **** There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner in the Court today. Similar was the position on the previous three dates of hearing. Learned counsel for the respondent has stated that the present revision petition has been filed against the order granting interim maintenance under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 in a divorce petition filed by revision petitioner Rakesh Chillar against his wife Rani, however, the divorce petition has since been dismissed, therefore, the present revision petition has become infructuous.

Under the circumstances, the revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
