-.- ALKA SARIN, J. (Oral) On 04.08.2022 the following order was passed : "The present revision petition pertains to the year 2013. On 21.02.2013 the Trial Court was directed to adjourn the case beyond the date given by this Court. Thereafter, on 14.03.2014, the present revision petition was dismissed for non-prosecution and subsequently, on an application filed by the petitioner, the same was restored to its original number vide order dated 23.05.2014. The matter has been pending since then. Today, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
