The contempt is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 24.08.2017.

It is not disputed that the petitioner was reinstated and the arrears of the salary were also calculated and paid to him. Reply has been filed stating therein that subsequently a fresh enquiry was initiated which stands completed and in pursuance of the same, his services stand terminated again. Admittedly, the petitioner has already challenged the order of termination.

In view of the above, the contempt petition is dismissed. The rule issued against the respondent(s) stands discharged. As the contempt petition has since been decided, all the pending applications also stand disposed of.
