The petitioner seeks for appointment of the commissioner for determining the location of the 54 shops owned by him. The commissioner cannot be appointed to determine such a situation. I do not think it is essential that the power of the Court to determine the location of the property should be abdicated to the commissioner to provide such evidence.

The revision petition is dismissed.
