The present petition has been filed under Article(s) 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking directions to the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of private respondents.

In compliance of order dated 12.01.2024 and 08.02.2024, the petitioners are present in Court and respondent No. 4, who is the mother of petitioner No. 1 is present and submits that she has no objection to the relationship of the petitioners.

In light of the above, the present petition stands disposed of. 4.

However, as an abundant precaution, respondent No. 3 is directed to record the statement of respondent No. 4 and shall ensure that no disharmony takes place.
