Versus
Smt. Inder kaur and others ......Respondents
Present:
Mr. Ajay Skekhawat, Advocate for the petitioner.
CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K. KANNAN 1.
Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?
2.
To be referred to the Reporters or not ?
3.
Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.
The grievance of the petitioner through this civil revision is that his side was closed for production of witnesses. It has been held by this Court in Santosh Kumari Berri Vs. Nirmala Devi and others in C.R. No.5639 of 2012 dated 25.09.2012 that the Court that closes the examination of witnesses has the power to recall its order to allow the evidence to be given if sufficient they are sufficient grounds to do so. 2.
I do not think any intervention is necessary through civil revision. The civil revision petition is dismissed but the petitioner will be at liberty to approach the lower Court which will consider the grounds given by the petitioner for production of evidence and pass appropriate orders.
