*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel submits that the order passed by this Court on 28.11.2016 in CWP No.24467 of 2016 has been complied with as the claim of the petitioner has been considered and rejected. Since the compliance of the order has been made but undisputedly there is delay. Accordingly, a cost of `10,000/- is imposed upon the respondent for not complying with the order within the stipulated period, which shall be paid by the officer/official from his own pocket, who was instrument in delaying the matter.
