[2] This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 196, dated 15th September, 2021 under Sections 379-B, 34 and 411 IPC, registered at Police Station P.S. Jamalpur, District Ludhiana.

[3] After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to revive the prayer at a later stage. [4] Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. [AVNEESH JHINGAN] JUDGE 3rd February, 2022
