AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) When the Court was about to dismiss the revision petition, for the reasons that already a decree for possession against the predecessors-in-interest of the plaintiffs has attained finality and objections filed against the same, have been dismissed, though the revision petition is pending, the present suit is nothing but an attempt to circumvent upon the judgment and decree dated 11.01.1993, at the instance of children of Randhir, who, was defendant No.2. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court for withdrawal of the revision petition filed against the dismissal of the application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure. Dismissed as withdrawn.
