Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the issue involved in the present case is with regard to Section 24(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. The issue is pending before the Supreme Court and directions have been issued to the High Court not to proceed with the said matters. In view of above, the contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to file fresh one in case cause of action survives after the decision of Apex Court.
