Para 5 thereof reads as under:- "That following the procedure respondents no.3 passed the speaking order and supplementary awards dated 30.09.2015 that after receiving the speaking order and supplementary award, following the process the facts of the case were verified and checked and the office of Project Director, NHAI, Jalandhar after getting the approval from office of Regional Officer, NHAI, Chandigarh, deposited the amount as per supplementary award; vide two FDRs dated 11.12.2015. copies of the said two FDRs dated 11.12.2015 are annexed as Annexure R1/2."

Learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 3 further submits that amount lying deposited in the FDR shall be transferred to the account of competent authority, at the earliest, in any case, not later than one month. In view of the above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is hereby disposed of. Rule is discharged.
