(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 439 CrPC, prayer has been made for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.58 dated 21.06.2023 registered under Sections 307, 148, 149 & 506 of IPC (Section 326 of IPC was added later on) and Sections 25, 54 and 59 of Arms Act at P.S. Division No.4, District Ludhiana. After arguing for some time learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
