(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the respondents to proceed further and investigate fairly in case FIR No.125 dated 23.10.2019 registered under Sections 447, 427, 148 and 149 IPC (Annexure P-1) at Police Station Julkhan, District Patiala.
