It is apparent that the suit for permanent injunction has been filed by the plaintiff on 9.12.2014 wherein upon notice defendants on 24.12.2014 have filed a counter claim with an injunction application claiming to be in exclusive possession of the suit property on the basis of the sale deed no.2857 dated 25.11.2014 as well as agreement to exchange dated 20.11.2014 duly executed by the plaintiff. It is further apparent that the parties have filed their respective replies to the applications seeking injunction and the Court is in no manner remiss in deciding the same.

At the very outset, realising that the present revision petition is totally frivolous, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the same.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
