NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) In pursuance to the order dated 18.12.2018, respondent Nos.1 and 2 are present in Court and have filed their respective affidavits. The same are taken on record.

As per the said affidavits, the order dated 30.11.2017 sought to be complied with in the present contempt petition, has since been stayed vide order dated 17.10.2018 in LPA No.904 of 2018. Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed. The rule issued against the respondent(s) stands discharged. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file the contempt petition afresh in case the LPA is dismissed.
