(ORAL) Petition herein,under Article 227 of Constitution of India, is for setting aside order dated 17.11.2022 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Rent Controller, Sangrur, whereby the application filed by petitioner/tenant under Order 22 Rule 10 CPC to substitute/implead Smt. Anjali Gupta, daughter of landlady, namely, Smt.Achri Devi, being a co-owner of the demise premises by virtue of registered transfer deed executed by Smt. Achri Devi, has been declined.

After hearing the arguments of the learned counsel at some length on the merits of the case, when this Court expressed disinclination to interfere in the well-reasoned and cogent findings rendered by learned Rent Controller, the learned counsel prays for permission to withdraw this petition. 3.
