Mr. Mukul Aggarwal, Advocate for the petitioners. ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) The limited prayer in the present revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of directions to the Trial Court to decide the application for ad interim injunction on an early date of hearing, since the auction of the property is fixed for 12.01.2023 i.e. today. Learned counsel for the petitioners would contend that the property in dispute was leased out to the borrower by the petitioners herein and the borrower fraudulently gave the papers of the said property as collateral security to the Bank. It is further the contention that the petitioners herein would suffer huge loss in case the property is put to auction.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed off with a direction to the Trial Court concerned to decide the application for ad interim injunction expeditiously, in accordance with law.
